February 2023 – Update

The band website is undergoing some tweaks after a long period of inactivity but we are pleased to say that the band is still rehearsing and lining up jobs for 2023.

If you are looking to get back into brass banding or want a new challenge this year then why not come along and join our friendly community brass band? We rehearse most Tuesday evenings at the United Reformed Church in Thornbury at 7.30pm.

All players are welcome, please send us a message if you want further information or just want to come along to play.

New MD and a Bright future!

We are delighted that Keith Davies has accepted the position of MD with us.

We are now enjoying playing a wide range of popular brass band music, along with new arrangements by Keith, to suit our current line up – this includes items specific for commemorating the Centenary, and the Armistice in November.

Our diary for Christmas is already filling up, including a concert on 15th December at the URC, Thornbury.

Anyone interested in being part of our bright future, please contact us or come along to a Tuesday evening rehearsal.
